Your 2-Hour Express Test is completed by one Hot Mess Express cleaner.
Maybe, but that isn’t the goal. The appointment is limited to two hours, so your cleaner works through your priorities in order and completes as much as reasonably possible.
Write it out and either hand it to your cleaner when they arrive or leave it somewhere obvious, such as the kitchen counter. Put your biggest priorities first.
Not necessarily. If you won’t be home, access instructions can be arranged when your appointment is confirmed.
Payment is made on the day of service. You may pay cash in an envelope, or by e-transfer. E-transfer payments have 13% HST added.
Morning arrival windows are generally 8:30–10:00 AM and afternoon arrival windows are approximately 12:00–1:30 PM. Your actual window is confirmed by text.
The Express Test is designed for households considering ongoing cleaning service. If you only need a one-time clean, no problem — text us and we’ll point you toward a better-fit option.
We’ll check in after your clean. If you’d like to continue, you have 48 hours to claim an available recurring spot and your Rotation Reward.
